KENOSHA (WITI) — FOX6 News viewers spotted waterspouts out over Lake Michigan due east of the Kenosha shoreline on Thursday afternoon, September 12th.

The Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department tells FOX6 News the warning sirens sounded at 1:16 p.m. because of reports of a funnel cloud a couple of miles off shore south of 104th St. near the City of Kenosha.

At this time, there are no reports of damage and no indication the funnel cloud touched down prior to moving out over Lake Michigan.
