BAYTOWN, Texas — A 14-year-old girl turned the tables on a police officer when she wrote him a parking ticket, according to KPRC.
Annie James lives at Bay Oaks Apartment Homes in Baytown, Texas. She spotted Officer Tommy King, with the Baytown Police Department, parked on a curb designated as a “no parking” zone.
Taking matters into her own hands, she wrote King a “ticket” on notebook paper, citing his violations and asking him to pay $10 to the apartment manager.
“I came to get my car and I saw a piece of paper on my windshield,” King told KPRC. “I took it off, read it and started laughing.”
King reportedly frequently patrols Bay Oaks Apartment Homes.
